Mark Roberge is the Managing Director at Stage 2 Capital, the first venture capital firm backed by 250+ GTM leaders. He is also a Senior Lecturer at the Harvard Business School. Prior to these roles, Mark served as Chief Revenue Officer at HubSpot (NYSE: HUBS) where he scaled annualized revenue from $0 to $100 million and expanded his team from 1 to 450 employees. Mark was ranked #19 in Forbes’ Top 30 Social Sellers in the World. Mark received his MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management and a B.A. in Mechanical Engineering from Lehigh University. Mark is the author of the best-selling book, The Sales Acceleration Formula: Using Data, Technology and Inbound Selling to go from $0 to $100 million.

Jay Po is the Co-Founder and Managing Partner at Stage 2 Capital where he leads investments and strategy across the firm. Prior to starting Stage 2, Jay was an investor at Bessemer Venture Partners and sourced investments in PhishMe (acquired by Blackrock), Kenna Security (acquired by Cisco), and Weave (Series D led by Tiger Global). Through his work with founders, Jay observed the skills gap around go-to-market and came up with the idea for Stage 2, the first GTM focused VC fund backed by elite GTM professionals.
