Alex has spent the last decade working in sales and professional education. After working on Amazon’s growth strategy, Alex moved on to head up UNiDAYS’ EMEA Prospecting Team. Nazma is an award winning revenue leader, making her name at Cognism. She joined the business as its first employee in 2017 then went on to build a $10M ARR business in just three years from zero achieving a valuation of $100M, and building one of the most respected teams in the industry. In 2019 Nazma was recognised as an ‘Inspirational Woman in Tech’ by WeAreTechWomen and Sales Confidence voted her as one of the Top 5 UK Sales Leaders in SaaS



Martin is a learning architect engaged with a wide range of curriculum design and delivery. He has been Dean and Deputy Vice-Chancellor at the University of Cape Town and Vice-Chancellor of the University of Salford Manchester, and is a Principal Fellow of the Higher Education Academy. His work focusses on digital innovation, on using digital innovation to best advantage, and on the power of learning analytics to steer the best possible designs of courses.



Ben is a strategic commercial leader with 25+ years B2B tech industry experience. Ben helped lead technology unicorn Ariba to grow from 25 employees and zero revenue to 1500 employees worldwide and over $200m in revenue, leading to an acquisition by SAP in 2012 for $4.3B. Ben now works with a range of VCs and has helped more than 60 B2B early-stage portfolio companies accelerate their growth to drive revenue and market share.



Jay brings over 14 years of business, sales, and revenue operations experience spanning across a variety of markets, industries, and business sizes. Jay has proven results in building dynamic and scalable operations across the entire customer lifecycle. He built IBM’s business operations into 17 countries and 4 regions across Africa and the Middle East, to then working in UK tech companies such as Goodlord, Triptease, and Doctify. Jay has since founded, house of operations; a revenue operations consultancy practice tailored for start-up and scale-up companies. Jay is also a Revenue Operations mentor for Kluster, as well as a ScaleWise Consultant.



Saafi is a really cool girl with a lot of talents. She has extensive experience in Sales, Customer Success and telling people what to do. In her spare time, Saafi likes to negotiate deals on holiday homes, and when she isn’t doing that she’s eating gluten free snacks and writing fan fiction about hummus.



Daisy has spent the last 11 years working in marketing departments across industries and disciplines including demand generation, branding and events for Hospitality, Fashion, FMCG and Non-Profit sectors. Prior to joining SIA, Daisy worked for four years on the global marketing strategy and execution for a compliance training product which was the start of a great journey in the training and development space!



Jen has spent the last 6 years working her way up within the Finance department of Peacocks Stores Ltd. as well as supporting the Finance teams of other companies within their holding group The Edinburgh Woollen Mill Group such as Jaeger, Jane Norman and Austin Reed. During this period Jen was promoted to a manager role and played a large part in the testing and implementation team of their new stock system.



Siobhan brings over 18 years of client success, strategic thinking, business development and operations experience in both agencies and marketing technology. With half her career based in the UK and the last 9 years in the US her experience puts her in a great place to build and grow successful businesses understanding both the cultural and territory specific requirements for each.



Will recently joined SIA in our Customer Success team, having spent four years in sales and account management following a career as a professional rugby player. Outside of work and rugby he loves karaoke and playing golf, but is sadly equally terrible at both of them.



Mahdi recently joined SIA’s Customer Success Team. He graduated from Middlesex University after studying International, Politics & Economics. Prior to SIA, Mahdi worked within two high-growth FinTechs onboarding and supporting an array of clients. Mahdi is an avid, and maybe slightly deluded, Spurs fan who spends most his spare time watching football compilation videos on YouTube.



Joe has been in sales for over 5 years, starting his career at IBM before switching to the fast-paced world of B2B startups, working within the proptech and fintech sectors before joining us recently. Joe is a massive Portsmouth FC fan and regularly likes to remind people that they did in fact win the FA Cup in 2008.



Rich started his career within International Development helping not-for-profits measure their socio-impact, before switching to the B2B Sales world in 2016. Following a team lead role at a hyper growth cyber security scale-up, he turned his attention towards education within B2B SaaS startups. Rich loves nothing more than creating memes and snuggling his adorable puppy.



Before joining the SIA Product Team in May 2020, Chloe spent 7 months travelling in a van and surfing along the Pacific coast from Canada, through the USA, to Mexico and Guatemala. Chloe is now one of SIA’s Course Managers and absolutely loves learning on the job – literally! One of Chloe’s favorite aspects of her role is the opportunity to be creative and impactful to others. Most of all, she really values the supportive and encouraging ethos of her fellow SIA team members.



After being awarded an incredible opportunity to study in the United States, Hannah is a member of Trinity College-Hartford’s 2020 graduating class. A double major in International Studies and Urban Studies, Hannah has been fortunate enough to have lived and studied in Barcelona and Cape Town as part of her Bachelor’s Degree. Building from her experience as a Digital Intern at Vodafone UK, as well as her mentorship roles at university, Hannah is enjoying the variety and development of the Course Manager role.



Nicola has spent the last 6 years working in publishing and online learning for places such as The Open University, SAGE Publishing and The Royal College of Psychiatrists. She is passionate about creating high-quality, engaging educational experiences and is a strong believer in life-long learning. Outside of work, she enjoys travel, playing the flute and entertaining her niece and nephews.



A New Jersey native, Caroline joined the SIA family after graduating from The College of New Jersey with a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and a minor in Women’s and Gender Studies. While there, Caroline was awarded a scholarship to study at the University of Cape Town, where she gained interest in working in an international space. As a course manager, Caroline builds off of her previous experience as a publicity intern at both Princeton University Press and Magnolia Pictures. Caroline is able to learn something new everyday, and has found her role as a course manager to be the perfect kick off to her career.



Simone started off in the Higher Education sector facilitating dynamic external communications projects. Over her career, she’s worked with The BBC Asian Network, The Independent, The Network for Business Sustainability, Medical Xpress and more, building rapport to generate newsworthy content. Alongside this, she has worked as a Features Editor for LeNurb print newspaper. Simone is excited to help grow SIA’s educationally rich platform by creating accessible content for online consumption and utilising her journalistic flare and knowledge of the education sector.



Tiff has spent the last 6 years working in a variety of digital design disciplines. After a few years specialising in content creation, Tiff decided to start her own business to help start-ups with their visual identity, which lead her to her role at Sales Impact Academy!
Tiff is currently studying for her MA in Digital Design, focusing on UI/UX Design. When not working or studying, Tiff is either coaching her netball team, showing off her tortoise Roman or laughing at Rich’s memes.



Daisy Tottman manages Sales Impact Academy’s free resources that further our mission to solve the knowledge crisis in B2B tech. She works to connect tech startups and scale-ups with best in breed, industry experts from some of the most successful tech companies in the world and create free, practical and comprehensive advice on best practice. Daisy has spent the last five years working in the tech space – in VC, startups and agency side.



Poppy has started to develop her skills across both Sales and Marketing disciplines, with this being the kick-start to her career (and the Canning family take-over). Prior to her role with SIA Poppy worked in Hospitality supervison and is currently completing her Bachelors degree in Media, Communication and Creative Practice. If you find Poppy not working or studying, she’ll either be doing something to fulfill her creative flair or getting up at silly times of day for a sunrise walk.



Nataly started her career in logistics for an international fashion company, after completing her studies in International Trade in Spain. She then started her career in sales 18 months later, in a Start-Up in the fintech and travel industry. After being trained as an SDR and moving into an Account Executive role, she joined SIA as part of the rock star and growing sales team. One of the things she likes most about sales is being able to talk with different people every day and learn new ways to provide real value. Outside of work, Nataly loves traveling and dancing and she is a big Beyonce fan!



Rory kicked off a career in tech, working as the in-store tech support ‘Guru’ for O2. He then followed up that role with a move to Apple, where he took part in 5 product launches and a new store opening, working dynamically between the Genius Bar and the Sales Teams. After a year with Audi selling premium cars, Rory returned to tech with VenueScanner as a Venue Growth Manager before joining the team at Sales Impact Academy.



Lisa has recently joined the Sales Impact Academy team in the Finance department after taking a year out to travel the world. Before this Lisa worked for Peacocks Stores Limited for 2 and half years. Whilst at Peacocks, Lisa was promoted multiple times where she gained a lot of knowledge and practical experience.



Alice graduated in the summer of 2020, before joining the SIA team. She’s on-hand to help across different departments when required, whilst assisting the upload of course content. Alice’s role with SIA is introducing her to a practical skill set across sales and marketing, that she will be able to utilise to strengthen future career prospects.
