Ve had a large restructuring process in 2019 followed by the implementation of our new CEO – Jack Wearne. Over the past two years, we’ve gone through a rapid hiring phase within our sales team and we’re onboarding new starters with a wide variety of experience and skills. After all this change, we needed a learning partner to offer support to the team and assist us in developing sales skills consistently across the business.
