why sales impact academy?

As we expanded as a business we wanted more training and scope for the sales team. We’ve always done our onboarding in house, but Sales Impact Academy allowed us to promote internally and ensure our new starters had the practical training they needed to hit the ground running. With Sales Impact Academy, we can now be sure that everyone has the same level of ability across the team. As a bonus, our new SDR’s know they have an additional resource for their own personal development.
