Course Description

Effective SDR leadership is a key part of an impactful SDR function for any organization. This course will provide you with the fundamental knowledge and skills that you need to lead and grow your SDR team effectively to set your team up for success.

Over four classes, we will explore what makes a great SDR leader and the impact your team’s past experiences may have on your priorities as their manager. You’ll also learn how to effectively coach your team, how to manage different levels of performers in your team, and how to effectively hire and onboard new team members.

This course has been designed for SDR leaders and SDRs who aspire to leadership.
