About this course
Objections and the handling of objections are a critical part of the SDR qualifying process.  When objections are real they are often the first step of a prospect showing interest in a service or product. The skill and attention the SDR applies to objections is a direct contributor to the number and quality of opportunities they will generate. This course will provide SDRs with the tools and confidence to identify an objection and a framework for how to respond.

This course has been designed for relatively new SDR/BDRs with 3-9 months experience, or more experienced SDR/BDRs looking to continuously improve their skill set
